Compliance Ireland is hosting a Half Day Seminar

Compliance Ireland would like to invite you to a practical half-day Seminar designed to provide you and your organisation with the tools required to ensure that you are compliant with the required areas of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 as amended.
The Seminar has been specifically designed to cover the requirements that impact on Property Services Providers and in particular Estate Agents and Auctioneers. The forthcoming changes to Irish legislation as a result of the 4th EU AML Directive will also be addressed. This seminar will assist in meeting the annual statutory requirement for staff to undergo AML training.
This seminar will be taking place on the 10th March 2017 in the Gibson Hotel, Dublin. The cost is €75 per person attending and will cover the following topics:
- Knowing the Regulator
- Defining the Governance and Controls that your institution should have in place
- Constructing a Risk Assessment that is appropriate for your institution
- Constructing a Customer Due Diligence procedure that will look at all the different types of customers that you may have
- Preparing a procedure for On-Going Monitoring in your institution
- How to identify and report Suspicious Transactions
- Preparing an appropriate MLRO Report
- Upcoming changes to legislation and how they may affect the sector

Cancellation with a full refund - cancellation must be made one week in advance by email from the booking email address, no exceptions.
Cancellations after 3rd March 2017 - will not be entitled to a refund or credit note. However, you can nominate another attendee to attend in your place. This must be done by email request from the orignial booking address no later than 48 hours in advance of the seminar.
